What is climbing therapy?
Climbing therapy combines the physical challenge of rock climbing with supportive psychotherapy to create powerful opportunities for holistic healing. Guided therapeutic climbing allows clients to learn to navigate fear, develop body awareness, and discover new approaches to life's obstacles with confidence and resilience.
